Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to ensure their work reaches new levels of excellence. Account Management - Fuel explosive growth for clients' businesses and be their ultimate go-to person for all things VA and quality-related.

Your journey with Magic consists of three key milestones:

	<li>Complete a 20-hour product training in Week 1 and earn $4 per hour with weekly pay.</li>
	<li>Successfully finish a 40-hour Leadership training in Week 2 and continue earning $4 per hour with weekly pay.</li>
	<li>Transition into full-time probationary employment, receiving a basic pay of Php31k, along with Php3,800 de minimis allowances and additional benefits*.</li>

Job Summary: The Sales Development Generalist will run the daily functions of the Sales Development Team including on-boarding of salesperson, training, performance evaluation, contract monitoring, enforcing company policies and practices, and other duties assigned by the management. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

1. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include onboarding training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications. 

2. Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews. 

3. Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce. 

4. Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws. 

5. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with Sales Directors to understand skills and competencies required for openings. 

6. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. 

7. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. 

8. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. 

9. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 

10. Handles and facilitates Sales Training for newly on-boarded sellers. 

11. Performs other duties as assigned
