The Quezon City Polytechnic was created on March 1, 1994 by virtue of the City Council Ordinance No. SP-171 an institution to primarily undertake the training and development of qualified technicians and skilled workers.

Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to ensure that customers of FirstMetroSec are provided with an excellent account updating experience.

Major Responsibilities: The Account Maintenance Associate is responsible for updating customers’ records in FirstMetroSec. Specific responsibilities of the position shall also include the following:

	<li>Assist clients in account updating completion.</li>
	<li>Receive, review, and process completed account updating documents.</li>
	<li>Answer account updating-related queries through phone, e-mail, and chat.</li>
	<li>Follow-up submission of outstanding documents through e-mail, call, and SMS.</li>
	<li>Answer customers' questions and explain investment products such as stocks, mutual funds, and bonds.</li>
	<li>Create electronic instruction slips.</li>
	<li>Maintain electronic records and ensure KYC documents are up to date.</li>
	<li>Prepare MIS reports in relation to all updated and non-updated clients’ records.</li>
	<li>Comply with the organization’s internal and external policies and regulations</li>
	<li>Coordinate other client concerns to the appropriate department as needed.</li>
	<li>Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.</li>
</ul>

Account Maintenance Associate

The Campus Minister is expected to:

1. Serve as co-facilitator of Grade 11 Retreats by:

<ul>
	<li>Designing, facilitating, and evaluating the retreat’s module content</li>
	<li>Coordinating with the Grade 11 Retreat Team (the Grade Level Moderators, the Grade Level Guidance Counselor, and the Class Parent Representatives)</li>
	<li>Providing the proper orientation for the Grade 11 Retreat Team</li>
	<li>Facilitating the Retreat Team’s evaluation after the Retreat</li>
	<li>Preparing the Grade 11 Retreat materials, including audio-video equipment and soft files</li>
	<li>Facilitating the Pre-Retreat Reflection Period</li>
	<li>Preparing and practicing the students (sharers, commentator, readers, etc.) for the Retreat Mass</li>
	<li>Coordinating the students’ post-Retreat evaluation</li>
	<li>Handling requests for and liquidation of Grade 11 Retreat funds</li>
</ul>

2. Serve as the lead Campus Minister in Daily Morning Masses (Tuesdays and Fridays) by:

<ul>
	<li>Preparing the Chapel for the Daily Morning Masses (going through the checklist and ensuring all is set at the Credence table, checking the commentator’s guide, and readying the sound system, servers, readers, offerors and musicians)</li>
	<li>Serving as instrumentalist of the choir</li>
	<li>Serving as choir leader</li>
	<li>Ensuring that the day’s offertory collection is secure, accounted for, and turned-over to the CMO Head for safekeeping.</li>
</ul>

3. Function as support staff during Schoolwide Masses by creating and running multimedia presentations during Schoolwide Masses.

4. Serve as support staff for the Jesuit Vocations (Meet the Jesuits) MTJ Program by:

<ul>
	<li>Assisting the Lead Campus Minister for the MTJ in preparing all materials (i.e., equipment ) and gathering all soft files.</li>
	<li>Advertising the MTJ Program via Social Networking sites (Facebook and Twitter).</li>
</ul>

5. Act as support staff for CMO online and on-campus presence by:

<ul>
	<li>Providing materials for the CMO Facebook page.</li>
	<li>Submitting proposed materials for posting to the CMO Head</li>
</ul>

6. Serve as support staff for Spiritual Formation Activities namely:

<ul>
	<li>the Faculty and Staff Retreat</li>
</ul>

7. Take the role of support staff for any other Spiritual Formation Activity as requested by the CMO Head.

8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the CMO Head.

The Technical Sales Representative for Industrial Chemicals ensures the effective and efficient promotion, marketing, and sale of selected GOLDMÜNZEN, INC. products that cater primarily to the construction, coatings, and printing ink industries. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the general and technical information of the products and principals of GOLDMÜNZEN.

2. Promote awareness of the product to targeted customers thru regular visits and other means.

3. Be updated with the product, technical and market trends that could possibly impact the nature of the business.

4. Competently answer customer inquiries by providing relevant information regarding GOLDMÜNZEN’S products.

5. Ensure smooth coordination between the GOLDMÜNZEN office and the customers regarding the latter’s current needs and emerging requirements.

6. Manage the current customer base and actively seek new prospects.

7. Assist in the conduct and analysis of results of GOLDMÜNZEN’s annual customer satisfaction survey.

8. Contribute in the Industrial Chemicals Team’s drafting of regular sales target and ensure that these are met.

9. Submit a weekly performance report to the Company President.
