	<li>Oversee every activity, project, repair and maintenance rendered by the service-providers and/or contractors and provide real time updates;</li>
	<li>Consistently monitor service-providers and/or contractor's performance;</li>
	<li>Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the building and premises;</li>
	<li>Perform manpower coverage review for housekeeping services;</li>
	<li>Monitor housekeeping staff performance</li>
</ul>

3. Safety &amp; OSH/COSH Compliance

<ul>
	<li>Prepare necessary incident reports for any work facility equipment malfunction;</li>
	<li>Coordinate the incidents to Facilities Manager and the resolution once resolved;</li>
	<li>Ensure execution of Company compliance requirements to workplace safety policies and procedures;</li>
	<li>Implement COSH requirements for all supervised construction or renovation works;</li>
	<li>Conducts safety orientation to all personnels of contracted providers;</li>
	<li>Actively collaborate with Health and Safety Committee;</li>
	<li>Ensure contractor compliance to DOLE-OSH rules and regulations</li>
</ul>

4. Performance Management

<ul>
	<li>Delegate and supervise workload assignments for building admin. assistants and maintenance staff;</li>
	<li>Assess work progress and actual performance of each direct report;</li>
	<li>Facilitate coaching requirements;</li>
	<li>Ensure reports are submitted on time;</li>
	<li>Conduct annual performance appraisals.</li>
