The beginnings of Hallmark in the Philippines had its share of twists and charm. 	<li>Coordinates with the Administration Group all logistical and set-up requirements of various events in the University

		<li>Facilitates the assignment of the required manpower and equipment</li>
		<li>Ensures the requested services and equipment provided are in working order and delivered in a timely manner</li>
		<li>Monitors the issuance and return of the requested furniture and equipment</li>

	<li>Prepares estimates for operational costs, for use and reference of the Janitorial Services Section Head

		<li>Provides inputs in preparing the budget for housekeeping and maintenance works, and assists in managing and monitoring of the said budget</li>

II. Team Supervision

<ul>
	<li>Supervises, monitors, and evaluates the performance of staff and recommends corresponding personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and dismissal</li>
	<li>Orients and trains staff on tasks to be accomplished, the proper implementation of work policies and procedures, and the required specifications and standards</li>
	<li>Plans and prepares work schedules and assignments, and scope of work of the supervised staff</li>
	<li>Provides feedback and coaches staff to further develop their performance</li>
	<li>Maintains required records of employee work hours, budgets, payrolls, and other pertinent information</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Coaches and mentors the staff to resolve performance concerns</li>
	<li>Guides the staff in the proper implementation of work policies and procedures, as well as the efficient use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies</li>
	<li>Investigates complaints regarding service provided and, takes corrective action</li>
