We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Accounting/Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll inquiries. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

<ul>
	<li>Collect and verify timesheet data from various sources, including biometric systems.</li>
	<li>Accurately input payroll data into the IBSS payroll system.</li>
	<li>Process payroll for all employee types (regular, daily, contractual) ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.</li>

Payroll Administration:

Compliance and Reporting:

	<li>Generate annual tax certificates (BIR Form 2316) for each employee.</li>
