Berkeley School

Berkeley School founded in 2002 was envisioned to serve as an instrument towards nation building to help in addressing the needs of the country.

By 2004, 2005, and 2008 Berkeley School’s preschool, elementary, and high school levels were granted Government Recognition by the Department of Education based on the strength of its curriculum that is focused on developing the multiple intelligences of students.

In 2016, it has shifted its gears towards equipping its students with 21st century skills relevant for the future. It wants to focus on mastery, problem solving and integration of topics and subjects to create a meaningful learning experience for students. This will entail the incorporation of a STEAM Framework which requires the integration of Science, Technology, Entrepreneurship, Arts and Mathematics carried out in a project based methodology of teaching. The school believes that this best simulates the future that students will be facing.

Our aim is to foster each child's passion for learning towards the improvement of the quality of life for all. We want to produce individuals who love learning and uses this learning so he or she may better himself or herself in the future and contribute meaningfully to society with whatever profession/career he or she may choose.
