Oasis Dental Call Center is still at its inception phase. It was first formulated by the collaboration between Tony Gabucan and his brothers. The aim was to enhance patients’ experience in a dental practice which lays down the foundation of a solution which is synergy and innovation. The first step was to streamline the initial phase of a patient’s visit by having a functional real time insurance benefit information at hand that provides a basis of having an informed collaborative approach of achieving patients’ goal. This idea evolved into something more… until now it continues to reinvent itself to promote the fullest potential in the dental practice.
