Open Table Ventures, Inc. is the latest company under the food conglomerate which owns Sbarro, Burgoo, Gumbo and Boon Tong Kee restaurants. It has developed a specialty Japanese restaurant called Asakusa, Home of Tempura. It's main selling point is the conveyor fryer imported from Japan which cooks tempura perfectly and efficiently each time. Moreover, we are the first restaurant to offer a "make your own" tempura wherein you can choose which kind of tempura you would like. We firmly believe that our innovations make us a truly promising company for our employees.
