Software Implementation Engineer  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the liaison between clients and the internal engineering & data teams.
• Gather and document client requirements accurately.
• Manage data import/export processes with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Code and implement solutions using PHP
• Utilize Excel and other software for data transformation, reporting, and validation.
• Support clients post-implementation, troubleshooting any issues.

How Your Success is Measured:

• Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Measured through client feedback surveys (Target: 85%+).
• Data Accuracy Rate: Percentage of correct imports/exports without errors (Target: 90%+).
• Number of Support Issues Resolved: Response time and resolution effectiveness (Target: 95% resolved within SLA).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, data management, or business analysis.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, macros preferred).
• Proficient in SQL language (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to perform data operations
• Proficient in web coding language (PHP/Laravel)
• Proficient in creating and utilizing APIs (Postman)
• Experience in handling client communication and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with database structures and data import/export processes.
• Ability to generate concise, clear reports summarizing project progress.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
