WEE COMMUNITY DEVELOPERS, INC. or "WEECOMM" is a Philippine Real Estate Development Company Founded in 2008. We develop projects that are beyond ordinary including middle and high rise condominium buildings in San Juan City, namely: the First Baron Residences, The Baron's Place, Baron 3 Gardens, and the soon to rise Baron Tower on Wilson Street, designed by Budji Layug & Royal Pineda, one of the country's up and coming architectural design firms. In addition to this, we have also developed projects in Quezon City, namely: Centro Residences, and the soon to rise Centro Tower, a serviced hotel apartment concept in collaboration with Hi! (Hospitality Innovators Inc.) most known for spearheading the massively successful serviced apartment concept. We have a number of projects in the pipeline that includes new and exciting condominium concepts in Metro Manila as well as subdivision projects in Davao, Iloilo, and CDO, among others. Our company is composed of young, entrepreneurial, and idealistic developers who still believe that development should not be solely profit-driven but ultimately strives to satisfy unit-owners with their investments. We not only build condominiums and subdivisions, but we build close and tight-knit communities along the way.
