	<li>- Monthly VAT output – GL/Invoices/Tax Invoices/Customs Declarations </li>
	<li>- Monthly VAT input – GL/Invoices/Customs Declarations/PO/Tax Invoices/Prepopulated VAT (Tax system) </li>
	<li>- Monitor and reconciliation of Monthly TAX invoice creation and submission to customers </li>
	<li>- Calculation of Self-Assessed Monthly VAT liability and payment </li>
	<li>- Monthly WHT – reconciliations and Payments – GL/WHT certificates/cost/deductions </li>
	<li>- Preparation of Monthly WHT and VAT returns </li>
	<li>- Amendment of Tax returns in case of book adjustment.</li>
	<li>- BI Reporting – Sales/Collections/FC Loans </li>
	<li>- Assist TP documentation and filing. </li>
	<li>- Liaise with Tax consultants and Tax Auditors</li>

	<li>2.  The Candidate is expected to provide leadership in the following audits: </li>
	<li>- VAT/WHT/CIT – audits before the expiration of 5 years’ time lag </li>
	<li>- Customs Audit – 2 years’ time interval</li>
	<li>- Collection of all tax-related supporting documents to match the monthly reconciliations </li>
	<li>- Submission of supporting documents to the tax office/ auditors from time to time for verification purposes </li>
	<li>- Key contact person of the MAS entities for all tax-related matters. (Internal and External parties)</li>

	<li>3.  The candidate is further expected to:</li>
	<li>- Manage and develop the tax team of MAS Arya and Silueta </li>
	<li>- Monitor the completion of various reconciliations and on time filing of the tax returns. </li>
	<li>- Respond to Tax auditors on all queries raised on a timely manner </li>
	<li>- Seamlessly coordinate among internal and External parties </li>
	<li>- Quickly gain an understanding of the overall business scope, processes and operations to develop meaningful responses to auditors and consultants. </li>
	<li>- Take all actions promptly with a sense of urgency. </li>
	<li>- Maintain inter departmental and entity level relationships and enable efficient flow of information and feedback.</li>
