PPIC Officer

PT. Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera (KSPS) didirikan pada 25 November 2011 oleh Koperasi Karyawan PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta (KOPKARLA), dan disahkan dengan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia No. AHU-00737.AH.01.01 
tahun 2012.

Sejak 1 Maret 2018, KSPS mulai akif beroperasi dengan jasa utamanya yaitu penyediaan jasa Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) & Professional Services. Pada tahun 2019, KSPS mulai mengembangkan bidang usahanya yaitu dengan menjalankan bisnis Jasa Building Management dan Contact Center.

Sampai dengan saat ini KSPS sudah mengelola lebih dari 1.500 tenaga kerja dengan penempatan di berbagai kota di Indonesia.

	<li>Provisioning VM and Container</li>
	<li>Continuous Monitoring Server, Storage, Network and Kubernetes Cluster</li>
	<li>Setup alerting on monitoring tools (Grafana)</li>
	<li>Analyzing system logs, error messages, and user reports to pinpoint the root cause of technical issues.</li>
	<li>Utilizing various troubleshooting techniques, network tracing, and performance testing, to isolate the problem.</li>
	<li>Effectively communicating with users to understand the nature of the issue and gather relevant information.</li>
	<li>Implementing solutions to fix the identified problems, which may involve applying technical expertise and configuration changes.</li>
	<li>Prioritizing critical issues and working efficiently to restore system functionality and minimize downtime.</li>
	<li>Documenting the troubleshooting process and solutions implemented for future reference and knowledge sharing.</li>
</ol>

Cloud Engineer

<ul>
	<li>Melakukan pembelian material/barang/jasa sesuai dengan target kualitas, jumlah dan tepat waktu, sesuai kesepakatan dengan pelanggan. Mampu melakukan negoisasi terhadap pembelian barang, komunikasi baik dengan pihak eskternal maupun internal. Dapat mengoperasikan komputer. Dapat bekerja dalam team. dapat bekerja target.
