	<li>Perform work assigned by Team Lead for Korea and International project.</li>
	<li>Communicate on daily basis with Team Lead based in Korea for technical discussion in design development.</li>
	<li>Familiar with any or more of the following services: HVAC (including smoke extraction system)</li>
	<li>Familiar with the International codes and standards like NFPA, Ashrae</li>
	<li>Prepare design drawings including Schematics (AutoCad) and layouts to the required company standard.</li>
	<li>Coordination of the design and interface with other disciplines taking advantages of BIM 3D tools</li>
	<li>Perform engineering software calculations.</li>
	<li>Perform Quality Assurance check on assigned task. </li>
