As a Technical Lead Engineer at JoyRide, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring engineering teams, making critical technical decisions, and providing direction for the development of our ride-hailing platform. Your expertise in software development, cloud technologies, containerization, database management, DevOps practices, and mobile application development will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems.

• Conceptualize, plan, and lead special projects with cross-functional teams for successful execution

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, leading negotiations and fostering partnerships

• Collaborate with other departments such as Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to achieve project goals

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives through effective project management

• Contribute to company growth strategies by identifying opportunities and driving revenue growth

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness

• Prepare comprehensive project reports and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
