	<li>Assist in paid media strategy development for clients — especially KPI-setting for all media buying projects</li>
	<li>Learn about social media tools &amp; search engine tools, especially for media buying</li>
	<li>Actively manage campaigns by optimizing bidding, budgets, targeting, and ads to ensure KPI delivery and maximize scale. This includes testing ads and targeting types</li>
	<li>Manage the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities</li>
	<li>Monitor and assess ongoing/ finished campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns</li>
	<li>Analyze research data, insights, and other media information; reports information to clients</li>
	<li>Work in collaboration with Account Managers and Editorial/ Copywriters</li>
	<li>Build and maintain working relationships with ad networks, publishers, other media partners</li>
	<li>Analyze campaign performance data ad well as post-transaction customer monetization data to adjust strategy and maximize results for each display network and campaign</li>
