The Contractual Bookkeeper will be handling various accounting tasks related to document organization, bookkeeping, and digital file management of the company. The individual will also be responsible for updating manual books and assisting with various financial tasks during the contractual engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Manage electronic files on cloud storage platforms like Google Drive, organizing them in a logical manner to facilitate easy retrieval and access for authorized personnel.</li>
	<li>Assist in tracking expenses and ensuring that all receipts and invoices are recorded appropriately for proper financial recordkeeping.</li>
	<li>Handles the updating of the manual books of accounts.</li>
	<li>Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial reports.</li>
	<li>Recording transactions in QBO. </li>

The intern’s primary responsibility is to create videos, reels, and stories that are up-to-date and relevant to Istorya’s clientele. The intern will work closely with the owner in conceptualizing and creating content. As a social media executive, the intern will have the opportunity to learn how to spearhead and apply marketing strategies that will make a difference not just with the team of Istorya but for all the loyal clients of the company for almost 10 years.

Istorya's Intern is tasked to:

	<li>Make content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li>
	<li>Help with pre-, on, and post-launching efforts, especially on the content creation and marketing side.</li>
	<li>Make presentations on data analytics, current market trends, and recommendations for marketing methods at least 2-3 times per month.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.</li>
</ul>

The intern is expected to put in 4-5 hours of work per day 5-6 days a week. Work hours and schedule are flexible depending on the intern’s school schedule. On days that the intern is required to go to the office, meals will be provided or transportation allowance of 300 PHP per shoot day.
