• Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding early childhood education.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid teaching certification or license in early childhood education (if applicable).
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Strong proficiency in English, written and verbally.
