- Provide legal recommendations (Legal Opinion) to the company and related functions in various matters, including but not limited to agreements, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, and legal compliance.
- Review, revise, and standardize legal documents such as agreements, MoUs, NDAs, power of attorney, lawsuit letters, and subpoena letters.
- Build and maintain good relationships with external legal consultants and other related parties.
- Provide assistance to companies in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including licensing, data protection, and good corporate governance.
- Prepare litigation documents and provide legal assistance in criminal and civil cases.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure legal alignment.
- Assist in developing the company's legal policy and ensure its implementation.
- Conduct legal socialization and education to employees on relevant laws and regulations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Laws education (Master of Laws is a plus).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate law or business law.
- In-depth understanding of corporate law, agreements, litigation, and applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent command of English.
