ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you are passionate about the travel industry, have prior experience with GDS systems, and possess excellent English abilities, we look forward to you being a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Issue and reissue tickets
- Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
- Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
- Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
- Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must possess at least Associate Degree from any major.
- Preferably having a work experience in Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Fluent in written & spoken English is a must.
- Has at least 1 year experience in Customer Service position.
- Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays).
- Willing to be placed in either Central Jakarta Office or BSD, South Tangerang Office.
