Your Main Objective

ATI is seeking a Client Solutions Strategist with a background in strategic management consulting to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for creating compelling and customized pitch decks that effectively communicate our wide range of outsourcing services to potential clients in the travel and aviation industry. You will be responsible for strategic initiatives by creating value for our existing and new clients, solving complex business problems, and developing long-term business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in market analysis, competitive positioning, and turning insights into actionable plans. This role requires a high level of marketing creativity to develop sales and process decks, service combination strategies, and operational models aligned with higher-level business objectives. You will work closely with the lead commercial manager and other stakeholders to ensure presentation materials align with client needs and our company’s strategic goals.

Your Main Responsibilities

Pitch Deck Creation:

  • Design and develop high-quality pitch decks for client presentations.
  • Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and showcase relevant services.
  • Ensure all presentations are visually appealing, clear, and professional.

Client Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate with the lead commercial manager to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct market research to gather relevant information and insights about potential clients and competitors.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client needs.

Training and Support:

  • Assist the lead commercial manager and other team members with effective presentation delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance during client pitches.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a consultant in strategic management, particularly in creating high-quality presentations and pitch decks.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, preferably with a focus on market analysis and competitive positioning.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and ability to identify market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Understanding the travel and aviation industry is a plus.
