- The individual monitors and supervises the collection, extraction, consolidation, analysis, and evaluation of customer journey-related knowledge data, such as reports, surveys, and studies, from various touchpoints. They transform these into meaningful insights and actionable initiatives to improve customer experience in all ALP projects. They identify gaps, root causes, risks, and opportunities, develop appropriate initiatives, and customize client information into data models, dashboards, and reports. They work with WSG/SSU to design and automate post-turnover concerns monitoring processes, conduct customer feedback analysis, and assist various departments in formulating questions and standards.
- The individual monitors and supervises data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques for large customer experience data sets, creates data collection frameworks, supports data infrastructure systems, and monitors data preparation and simulations using various platforms and applications.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or any business course preferably with real estate, data science and/or programming background.
- Minimum five (5) to six (6) years of work experience in real estate development firms wherein three (3) years of extensive exposure in data analytics and reporting.
- Highly proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written and presentation skills.
- With critical thinking, creative, and analytical mindset.
- With high project management skills.
- With high leadership, interpersonal, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Highly proficient in data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques, advanced statistical analysis, algorithms, predictive modeling, experimentation, and pattern recognition to create and recommend relevant solutions.
- Highly proficient in using existing data platforms and tools such as ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Smart Sheet) data analysis and visualization software including object-oriented programming.
- Highly proficient in using business intelligence applications and/or cloud services like PowerBI, Tableau and others.
- Highly proficient in using various MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Can deal and handle (moderate) complex/critical problems and tasks relevant to data analytics and reporting.
