City Hills Builders Corporation (CHBC) was founded on August 3, 1995 its current CEO & President, Mr. Felino T. Sanchez Jr and is managed alongside by his wife, Mrs. Maria Lourdes L. Sanchez as a sole propriotorship that specializes in roofing works. Later on, CHBC was incorporated in 2011 and expanded it product line of services as a general construction company that ensures delivering timely and quality infrastructures which ranges from residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. For over 21 years, it has built a reputation of completing projects that has produced satisfied clients such as Ayala, Megaworld and Global Estate Resort Inc due to the high quality standards, strong commitment to its stakeholders and good professional working relationship that we promote. Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez are very hands-on in the administration and operations that has helped the company gain a competitive edge within the industry.
