Customer Service Officer day shift

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, fax, and phone
• Handle internal and external customer calls, making outbound calls as needed
• Address Mortgage Manager inquiries and disputes, providing timely and accurate responses
• Escalate issues to the right department when necessary
• Communicate with team members to ensure understanding of updates and initiatives
• Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring correct procedure and resolution
• Manage ad-hoc activities as needed

Availability and Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends (5 days, day shift)
• Australian mortgage experience is an advantage

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent oral communication and comprehension skills
• Strong writing skills for composing business letters
• Confident and articulate in conversations and client relationships
