- Negotiate partnerships and favorable terms of service with marketplaces.
- Identify and evaluate promotional and campaign opportunities on marketplaces.
- Plan, manage and ensure the brand’s participation and satisfaction in marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the brand’s performance across marketplaces.
- Understand the needs and goals of brands, providing effective e-commerce solutions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience as Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce enabler or marketplace.
- Experience in acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing clients.
- Extensive network within the e-commerce industry, especially with brands and marketplaces.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven and results oriented.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
