Web Development Instructor  

Join our team as a part-time Python for Web Development (for non-programmers) Instructor, working remotely from the comfort of your home. This position involves a commitment of teaching 4 hours every Saturday for a duration of 3 months.
As the Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in sharing your extensive knowledge of Python for Web Development (for non-programmers) to our students, equipping them for success in the field. Your responsibilities extend beyond the virtual classroom as you collaborate closely with the Specialist Team, contributing to the ongoing development of its curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach and plan a full curriculum/syllabus in Python for Web Development (for non-programmers).
• Work closely with and provide updates to the Specialist Team regarding the progression and improvement of the curriculum, learning pedagogy and execution of the class itself.
• Determine training needs of Specialist Class students and Corporate Training students, to effectively guide and coach them on their learning development.
• Supervise and monitor students' use of tools and software.
• Administer oral, written, or performance tests to measure progress, to evaluate training effectiveness and to provide students with meaningful and prompt feedback on their progress.
• Prepare reports and maintain records such as student grades, attendance rolls, and training activity details.
• Assist the students in the development of an impressive final project that would validate their learning capacity.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of professional industry experience with Web Development.
• Extensive knowledge of Python.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Assertive, passionate, and accommodating in class.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related course.
• Has at least a year of teaching and/or training experience.
