CS-PAC Global BPO Inc. is a joint venture company of the Pac-Atlantic Group and a multinational logistics company from Hong Kong. It is the first BPO in the Philippines that is focused on servicing the freight forwarding industry. The company will include the provision of all kinds of business process management, business to business and business to customer trade, electronic remote processing services, remote help desk management, eServices and IT-enabled services, including data analysis and processing, outsourcing services in all fields, and all kinds of call center operations to international clients, customers and businesses.
