Lead Product Manager  

Role Overview: The Lead Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy for HARA. This role involves leading a team of product managers, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market trends.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Champion a user-centric approach, leveraging user feedback and data analytics to drive product decisions and enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Ensure product quality and performance through rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully leading product teams 3-5 years and delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and user needs.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and leveraging analytics for product improvement.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the agricultural sector is a plus.
