- Integrate diverse systems, networks, and servers to achieve overall aims within the SLA
- Find solutions for obstacles when trying to get systems to work together: different operating systems, different programming and database languages
- Document and visualize representations of systems, drafting technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration-related documents
- Identify and resolve performance, stability, and scalability issues with build, test, and deployment pipelines of staging/sandbox environment
- Support the development of appropriate integration and testing strategies
- Research, evaluate, and recommend systems, equipment, and technologies based on client need
- Develop work plans and estimates as they relate to systems integration work tasks
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent
- Up to 5 years experience in the related field of work (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Demonstrated experience in providing Level 2 ICT (technical) support
- Programming experience will be an advantage
Skills:
- Solution and results-driven attitude with the ability to respond quickly to and manage change.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships across all departments and levels internally and externally
- Own ‘can-do attitude, willing to learn
