- Produce accurate and detailed 3D models for various architectural projects.
- Create realistic and high quality visualizations for presentation to stakeholders.
- Render 3D models using render softwares
- Work closely with design teams, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment between 3D designs and technical specifications.
- Updating the 3D model based on feedback from the design team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Have professional experience in 3D modeling and rendering for architectural projects.
- At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency using Adobe family (photoshop, illustrator, in-design)
- Attention to details, well organized, have a strong sense of urgency, and good time management.
- Able to work in a team
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Revit and SketchUp.
- Able to produce high-quality renderings using software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape (unreal engine will be a plus).
- Have in-depth knowledge of architectural, spatial, and construction design principles.
- Able to produce accurate and detailed 3D models for various architectural projects and also able to create realistic and high-quality visualizations for presentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptive, well time management, creative and innovative
- Experience in an architecture or interior design firm is a plus.
- Having certification in 3D modeling or rendering software is a plus.
