Desktop Solutions Supervisor  

We are looking for a Desktop Solutions Supervisor who will manage, lead and develop the Desktop Solutions group; assist the TCD Division Manager/OIC in division planning, implementing projects/advantage programs/rapid developments, supporting Business Development and other TCD related tasks; and contribute to the achievement of the department’s goals, objectives, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Assigns, delegates, manages, and monitors tasks and personnel utilization.
• Evaluates and cascades the division goals and objectives to staff members.
• Formulates the KRAs and KPIs of staff members and ensures alignment to the division, department and corporate goals.
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of the staff members and provides constructive feedback.
• Mentors and coaches the staff members for growth and development.
• Directs and oversees the conceptualization, documentation, and implementation of the Division’s standard Business Processes
• Manages project implementations.
• Leads and manages provision of Technical Services.
• Leads and manages the tasks and members of a subgroup within a project or engagement.
• Interviews stakeholders and gathers requirements. Understands and analyzes client’s business requirements, business/use cases.
• Interprets requirements to functional and non-functional requirements.
• Investigates and evaluates client’s existing systems and databases that are related to the project.
• Creates and configures GIS web applications, mobile applications and dashboards using ArcGIS configurable tools and apps.
• Conducts presentations/demos to demonstrate capabilities of ArcGIS software and apps
• Automates common and/or repeatable GIS tasks, processes, and analysis workflows.

• Graduate of BS Geography, Geology, Environmental Sciences, Geodetic Engineering, Computer Science, IT and related courses.
• At least 3years supervisory or team lead experience
• At least 2years’ experience in GIS/Mapping Projects
• Preferably with experience in Project Management
• Familiar with ArcGIS Platform
• Knowledgeable in using Planning Tools (MS Project, Productivity Tools, etc.)
