As Broker Coordinator, you are expected to...
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and maintain a high-quality database of potential clients and brokers. This involves researching potential leads and organizing meetings.
- Broker and Administrative Support: Provide support to brokers by addressing their queries, assisting in documentation and coordinating with different departments and ensuring smooth communication between brokers and other internal teams.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinating sales activities between brokers and the sales teams. This may involve facilitating meetings, handling contract negotiations and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for brokers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Completed a 4-year college course.
- Registered salesperson under the real estate board is a must.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
- We're looking for people with great communication skills, both verbal and written. Our team welcomes talent that has experience in relationship building, team management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- With a minimum of 1-year sales experience and proven track record.
