R&D and Training Associate  

As a Research & Development and Training Associate, you will be the internal expert of our skincare and medical device product lines. You will help communicate the value of our products to a wide array of dermatologists, healthcare physicians, aestheticians, nurses, training institutions via product demonstrations and in-person and online training. You will help us develop our internal academy to enable our partners to have access to continuous education and upskilling that allow them to master the usage of our products.

Reporting to the Training & Product Manager of Healthspan Global, you will help develop and maintain our product and clinical knowledge of all products represented by Healthspan.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Research and Development

• Support research and clinical testing of medical aesthetic products and devices
• Prepare and present results to internal and external groups
• Use technology learning to build predictive models for application of medical aesthetic products and devices
• Manage execution of projects to ensure delivery and readiness for commercialization
• Participate in managing and directing the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products
• Carry out literature reviews and researches, execute tasks in compliance with current prevailing guidelines
• Develop and set mechanism to ensure compliance of the Polices and vis-a-vis SOPs
• Manage pilot trials to find the best formulation for new products with recommendation
• Establish and maintain a database of samples & trial

Training

• Marketing - use social media and the internet to create marketing materials to promote various training courses, so having a marketing or sales background will help professionals excel in this career field
• Organization Skills - must juggle many different tasks and maintain training schedules, professionals pursuing this path must have great organization skills and the ability to work within deadlines
• Interpersonal Skills - strong interpersonal skills because they often coordinate with customers, trainees, and supervisors.
• Applicants who have a background in customer service will make great candidates for this job Communication Skills - must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce training materials, make bookings, and schedule events with vendors
• Data Entry - enter digital information into office computer systems, which means that anyone seeking this job must have experience with data entry

• Preferaby BS in Pharmacy or the equivalent Allied Health Science Course (pre-med)
• Previous experience of Pharmaceutical manufacturing and R & D and Training
• Exposure and hands-on different roles at different R&D or Training disciplines (e.g. Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS) is a definite plus
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English fluency essential
• Professional computer and MS-Office skills
• Evidence of identifying, developing, and applying innovative solutions to scientific and technological problems faced in day to day practice
• Professional analytical capabilities with mastery problem solving talent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Superior skills with regards to data analysis and business process analysis and design
