We are looking for Talents with:

• At least has 5-7 years working experiences
• Preferably in the same industries (Banking or Financial Institutions) in credit risk management function; or
• in Big Four Public Accounting Firm with Bank or Financial Institution clients portfolio and experience in performing credit/loan review,
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and laws, procedures, rules and regulations
• Having experience in developing end to end inhouse regulations, rules and SOP will be an advantage
• Good skill and familiar using big data & analytics tools eg. SQL & Phyton
• Good communication (also in English), presentation skill, collaboration
• Comfortable in fast paced, agile and dynamic environment.

The incumbent is the right hand of Internal Audit Director in establishing, managing, executing, improving, and reporting the end to end Credit Examination department, activities and resources.

The role will, but not limited to:

• Support the IA Director in establishing Credit Examination Department including methodology, framework, policy and procedure, annual plan and templates in compliance with Group requirements,
• Manage and perform the end to end Credit Examination process from Planning, Executing, Reporting and Following Up
• Continuously improve the framework, methodology, review process, review results, tools, analytical approaches, and resources skill and competency of Credit Review Department
• Prepare and report the result of Credit Review to the stakeholders including IA Director, CRO, Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
• Regularly revisiting and reassessing the Credit Review Plan to timely capture the emerging risks.
