Partnerships Manager  

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with company's goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Partnerships Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success and growth of partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development:
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals.
• Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to support partnership activities.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership performance, including metrics and KPIs.
• Market and Industry Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Internal Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership efforts with company-wide goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on partner feedback and market analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Audio, Digital Media or Publishing a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
