The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with company's goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Partnerships Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success and growth of partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions.
- Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to support partnership activities.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership programs.
- Prepare and present reports on partnership performance, including metrics and KPIs.
- Market and Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership efforts with company-wide goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on partner feedback and market analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Audio, Digital Media or Publishing a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
