HR Associate Hiring and Recruitment  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   • Identify staffing needs and collaborate with department managers to define job requirements.
   • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
   • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for their suitability and alignment with the store's culture and values.
   • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to source potential candidates.
2. Selection and Evaluation:
   • Coordinate and administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
   • Participate in the final selection process, making recommendations for hiring decisions.
   • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary training and resources.
3. Employer Branding:
   • Develop and maintain the store's employer brand to attract top talent.
   • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning with the fashion retail store's image and values.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure all hiring and recruitment activities adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
   • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
