Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage and archive news documents, files, and records efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence related to news coverage and newsroom activities.
- Provide administrative support to the news team, including arranging travel, meals and accommodations for field reporters.
- Monitor newsroom supplies and order necessary materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in coordinating special projects, events, and broadcasts as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a media or news environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with newsroom operations and media production processes is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
