- Develop and execute news bulletins by selecting relevant news stories, analyzing current events, and creating rundowns.
- Coordinate with reporters, editors, and anchors to ensure accurate, unbiased, and compelling news coverage.
- Adapt and respond quickly to breaking news by rearranging scheduled programming or extending news coverage as needed.
- Work with editors to review the after-production and analyze audience feedback and ratings to refine next production.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as News Producer in the TV media industry.
- Excellent editorial judgment with a keen sense of newsworthiness.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead the production team efficiently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across various departments.
- Have a great network of reliable contacts and sources, particularly in government, politics, community organizations, and expert fields.
- Understanding of media laws, ethics, and regulations.
