Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

1. Check and process Contract Validation documents before endorsing to Legal Manager.

2. Validate contracts submitted for Contract Safekeeping

3. Maintain Contract Master List

4. Prepare and consolidate documents needed for Legal Case Filing before endorsing to Legal Manager.

5. Keep and maintain case files for Legal Manager.

6. Draft documents for Corporate Secretary Documentation for review of Legal Manager.

7. Keep and maintain various Corporate Secretary Documentations

8. Ensure necessary documents for Admin / HR issues handling are complete before endorsing to Legal Manager.

9. Draft letters / replies for review of Legal Manager for Correspondence Handling.

10. Provide pertinent legal documents and information to Legal Manager for Legal Research and Advise.

11. Check the authenticity and completeness of documents for Notarial Service before endorsing to notary public.

12. Represent the company as authorized by the Legal Manager (civil, criminal or labor case hearings).

13. Handle or perform other analogous task assigned by the Legal Manager.

Trình độ tối thiểu

- Graduate of at least BS Legal Management or any equivalent course

- Must have a strong and pleasing personality

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be knowledgeable of the law and familiar with legal documents
