The Mental Health Coordinator assists with scheduling clients for their teleconsultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client consultation schedules, promptly addressing any inquiries related to program details and the booking process
• Act as the primary liaison to communicate client conditions and updates to company points of contact during emergency de-escalations, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Ensure that consultations and psychotherapy schedules are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols
• Provide support to mental health professionals and the mental health team during emergency de-escalations, assisting in the implementation of crisis intervention protocols

• Bachelor’s degree in any field;
• A background in psychology or mental health is preferred;
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using various digital tools and platforms;
