Directing team members to follow orders/instructions accompanied by monitoring the work carried out by the team as an effort to realize the company's vision and mission

Provide innovative solutions to overcome challenges and increase project efficiency in the technology department

Become the main liaison between internal teams, third parties and partners for all matters related to technology development

Ensure the quality and standards of the final results of each project are in line with expectations
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree from a major related to IT or IT management
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in IT project management or relevant coordination role
- Have a good understanding of IT technical principles, including system architecture, API integration between systems, programming and databases, as well as the basics of product development
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, in Indonesian and English, with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, third parties and external partners
- Strong leadership and project management skills, including team coordination, progress monitoring, and resource management
- Experience with project management tools and related software
- Flexibility in work hours and ability to work across time zones
