- Update and maintain storage/inventory database
- Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts
- Identify potential inventory shortages and communicates with relevant department
- Coordinate the purchase for stocking materials
- Provide regular inventory reports to management
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock
- Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Answering stock check queries from Procurement and other department
- Preparation of materials for delivery
- Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory
- Provides inventory reports
- Maintains accurate daily records of withdrawal slip and make sure to deduct in the current inventory
- Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products
- Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product
- Performs other related duties as directed

- Diploma or related qualification in supply chain, warehouse management, and inventory.
