XTI Fuel Station is the holding company for XTI Shell Munoz, Balintawak and Mindanao Avenue. The first branch operated was in Munoz which was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on January 29, 1999 and started its operation on March 12, 1999. Fortunately because of the growing demand and volume, it expanded into three stations. Mindanao Station started to operate in February 16, 2009 and Balintawak Station was established in July 10, 2009. XTI Fuel Station is a recipient of two Global Shell gold Retailer Awards in 2008 held at Istanbul, Turkey and in 2011 held in Rome, Italy. It was also a finalist in 2012’s Global Shell Gold Retailers. It also received social recognition for 2012 MMP Metro Manila Pinnacle Awards. Other awards received: 2012 HSE Recognition award, 2009 Helix champion, The Convenience Retailing Team ARNOC 1222 100% in SCRA Audit and The Convenience Retailing Team ARNOC 1033 100% in SCRA Audit.

In 2010, Noble House founder Mr. Reymont U. Choachuy was awarded as Go Negosyos’s Most Inspiring Young Entrepreneur and in 2012, Entrepreneur Magazine recognized Noble House Business Brokers Inc. as Fastest Growing Franchises (Honorable Mention). Noble House is now the holding company of over 100 branches in the Philippines and continues its mission to help Filipinos achieve “The Filipino Dream” of one day owning a successful business.
