Duties and Responsibilities
- Optimize, maintain, manage, and update the Acumatica erp system, mis operational procedures, and other information systems utilized by the company.
- Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and make improvement plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule and coordinate upgrades, automation, and tests.
- Provide software application training for users, upgrade and configure software applications, and perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Prepare an integrated database from various data sources using spreadsheets and data programming tools to extract relevant and useful information
- Keep and secure Management Information System equipment and devices;
- Develop data processing programs and reporting tools using acumatica, ms excel, or other similar software to efficiently generate standardized reports and easily capture quantitative data
- Generate accurate reports on a timely basis by following a structured process to ensure compliance with the approved kpi Report
- Analyze and recommend software and hardware to maximize productivity for all networks.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management, or any related course;
- Experience in implementing ERP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, & NetSuite
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with Programming is advantageous
- Has integrity, good work ethics, and interpersonal skills
- Preferably from QC
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, On-site work
