Customer Service Representative (CSR)  

Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of our company. CSR duties include answering private messages, comments, phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma
