Allocator  

Job Objective

Maintains day-to-day support to the company in terms of ensuring that products are well allocated to the branches based on their requirement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Generates reports which will be used as basis for everyday delivery and pull-out.
2. Prepares replenishment of stocks for everyday delivery.
3. Prepares list of stocks to be pulled out from branches.
4. Responds to inquiries of branches.
5. Ensures sufficient stocks of products in all branches which can cover direct demand from customers.
6. Prepares Sales Order for replacement/repair of customers’ items and other requests.
7. Coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure company goals are reached.
8. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Preferably graduate of Business Administration, Operations or Office Management courses
• Newly graduates are welcome to apply provided trainable
• With minimum experience as Product Allocator an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• A teamplayer
• Must be determined and strong-willed, patient and highly dependable
