Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Responsibilities:
Understand, create, develop and socialize all relevant internal and external regulations. Monitor and report related to internal and external compliance. Maintain and manage documents as well as serving as PIC PDP Officer and other jobs determined later.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager, in financial industry will be advantages.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML). Familiar with OJK & BI regulations is a must.
- Professional certification (e.g. CISSP, CPEC, and CCEP) will be an advantages.
- Good analytical thinking, reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
