Established on April 13, 2018 PAHC is a holding company duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission 9SEC). Its main purpose is to oversee ACDI MPC’s investments across various business lines, to build a portfolio of sustainable investments through creation of synergies between companies, evaluation of investments that ensures long-term profitability, and integration of corporate governance that ensures value creation and beneficial results for the stakeholder in the long term. To date, PAHC has ten (10) subsidiaries.
