- merancang strategi untuk mengurangi kerugian bisnis
- melakukan pengembangan sistem dalam proses penagihan
- melakukan review untuk cabang dan central remedial berdasarakan performance
- melalukan updation terhadap informasi dan proses terbaru kepada cabang dan central remedial
- melakukan perhitungan insentif bulanan
- melakukan proses kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal (lawyer) dalam penanganan kontrak microfinancing
- bekerjsama antar lintas departemen dalam pembuatan sop, wi, dan aturan lainnya dalam proses operasional
- melakukan pengecekan profil konsumen dalam proses approval

- pendidikan minimal s1 atau bachelor degree, terbuka untuk jurusan hukum, teknik industri
