- Work with Product Managers, Dev team, and UI/UX team in understanding the product, domain, and various features
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases/scenario ensuring high-quality software delivery
- Estimate and prioritize testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality
- Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot any errors
- Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability, and quality
- Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards
- Report, track, and monitor defects/bugs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Good analytical thinking (analyze logs and API responses, analyze bugs)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and retrospective.
- Experience with Manual or Automation testing
